(Al-Mulk) 67 : 4
ثُمَّ ارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيْنِ يَنْقَلِبْ إِلَيْكَ الْبَصَرُ خَاسِئًا وَهُوَ حَسِيرٌ
Then you return your sight for the second time, your sight will be turning into you as frustrated, and it will be exhausted.
That means without seeing any defect in the creation of the universe, your sight will be compelled to return in to you failingly and disappointedly. Without saying the eye, it is told the sight. That is because the looking is by participating the soul. Through the verse 32: 12 the Mujirims-the Fujjar-who are living here rejecting Adhikr-the Insight- will wail from the Hereafter as “Oh our Lord! We have seen the scene of the Hell, and we have heard the sound of it, so you return us back, we may do righteous deeds, indeed we have become the confirmed believers”.
